Lobster fest was awesome. Smashed potato is to absolutely die for. Ask for Brandi to serve you. Shes the best!

Absolutely great service, beyond great to be honest. I'm not too thrilled about the quality of the fried food. The breading on the fish should be crispy, mine was not, in fact it was soggy and you could see through the breading. The boiled, baked or grilled food was on point. My advice would be dump the breading and find something more crisper. Other than that amazing service, even the GM greeted us! 5 stars for service it really is that great and impressive.

I love red lobster restaurants. This one had really went down hill. I decided to give them another chance. Much to my delight I think they are doing much better. Glad to see this place back where it should be.

Each time I visited Red Lobster was very slow. Staff seems to be under staffed. Food was very slow to get to me.

They recently added happy hour mon-fri. From open to 6pm. 3$pints of shock top, bud light, and sam adams, and a few appetizer specials.

It doesn't matter if it is, they only let you get 1 item at a time, and it takes 30 minutes to get it. Took me an hour and a half just to get 3 shrimp skewers, which only have 5 tiny shrimp on them. I'll never go back there. At least not the one in Tyler.
